_____________
Spend Time With Your Friends
We all know that stress is one of the main things that stunts an otherwise happy buzz of productivity. Unfortunately, stress is unavoidable especially if you work in a high-pressured industry.
Increased stress can sap all and any productivity you had and, even worse, it can have some seriously negative effects on your physical and mental health. Therefore it’s important to counteract stress wherever you can.
One of the great ways to get rid of stressy feelings is to spend time with your best friends. Surrounding yourself with the people that you love (and who love you back) is an instant prescription for happiness and an improved mental state. This in turn will help you to feel happier and more productive in your daily life.
Try to schedule a ‘date night’ with your besties at least once a week and see the positive impact it can have on your productivity levels and your mood.

See The Bright Side When Things Don’t Go According To Plan
When bad things happen, it’s all too easy to fall into a downward spiral of despair. We dwell on negative thoughts and this makes it harder for us to step up in our daily lives.
If you want to increase your happiness levels and feel more productive, one of the easiest ways to do this is to count your blessings and think happy thoughts. Try to put a positive spin on any ‘bad’ thing that happens to you and watch your life transform before your very eyes.
Remember, events aren’t ‘good’ or ‘bad’ it’s the meaning we attach to them that impacts our feelings on the matter.
The next time you’re facing an obstacle or you’ve experienced something negative, try to find the silver lining in the situation. Does this mean that you get a chance to try again? Does it mean that you’ve somehow dodged a bullet? Look for the positive and you’ll find it.

Savor The Present Moment
The next time you start feeling stressed out, simply pause, take a few deep breaths and savour being in the present moment.
All to often we stress ourselves out by working about the future or looking ahead to the next event or circumstance in our lives and the present moment and the present moment gets forgotten.
Appreciate the here and now and spend five minutes listing three things that you’re grateful about in the present moment.
This will get rid of any stress, clear your head and help you to have a more productive (and efficient!) day.
