This latest Game of Thrones burger aka Porn Burger was inspired by the Mother of Dragons and it looks absolutely divine.
Using kale instead of meat for its burger, it’s thus known as a “kale-esi”. Everything about this burger screams food porn from its red dragon cheese to its beet gratin.
“Moon of my Stars… Mother of Dragons… Call this smouldering dinosaur kale burger what you will, just don’t call it weak” writes Matthew Ramsey.
“Smokey morsels of crisped shiitake “bacon,” crown a regal beet gratin, smothered in Red Dragon cheese on top of a crunchy, berberre-rubbed kale patty, heirloom tomato, and slathering of sumac aioli. Dracarys!”
