Moones, Millions and Mad Men: The Best of Tonight’s TV

Get your weekend started with some quality Friday night TV! Here’s what we’ll be watching.

It’s Friday! Hooray for a lovely night in front of the telly to kick start your relaxing weekend.

Mad Men –RTÉ Two (22:00 – 23:00)

The latest series of Mad Men continues on RTÉ this evening and Peggy is given the job of recruiting a new copywriter to Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce. Don is forced to attend a concert with Harry and Betty visits the doctor.

The Million Pound Drop Live – Channel 4 (21:00 – 22:00)

Davina McCall presents the Million Pound Drop tonight where duos battle it out to take home as much of the €1 million prize as they can. They are required to answer questions and bet with their fortune.


Moone Boy – Sky1 (21:30 – 22:00)

Chris O’Dowd’s comedy returns tonight on Sky1. Martin falls asleep in the bathroom and his sisters cover him in makeup. He heads to school without realising and is followed by his imaginary friend.

Eyes Wide Shut – ITV2 (22:55 – 02:00)

Starring Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, this film tells the story of a doctor who is shocked to find out his wife had feelings for another man. He wants to get even and embarks on an affair of his own only to end up in a cult.

Alan Carr Chatty Man – Channel 4 (22:00 – 23:10)

Alan is joined by Doctor Who star Matt Smith and the cast of Fresh Meat including Jack Whitehall. London rapper Example drops by for a visit to perform his latest single say nothing.
