A main course comprising of golden fish fillets in a lemon butter reduction is another of his specialities.
Arthur was diagnosed with leukemia in August 2013 and spent the latter half of last year in and out of the hospital.

YouTube provided a platform from where the eight-year-old could share his delicious recipes.
He filmed short segments of Arthur Gourmand where he talks his viewers through each step of the cooking process.
His father Renato often acts as his sous-chef, passing him ingredients while showimg support for his son’s passion and talent.
Arthur has filmed three segments so far, all in Portugese and recently announced via his Facebook fan page that he will be premiering another very shortly.
An inspiring little man, Arthur could definitely teach us a thing or two.
Thankfully, his recovery is going to plan and he is responding well to his current treatment, according to the Huffington Post.
