He looks perfect to us but Matthew McConaughey is reportedly set to shed the pounds for his next film role.
The actor apparently has to shed 30lbs for his film The Dallas Buyer’s Club in which he plays a drug user who contracts HIV. The role will be something very different for the star who has starred in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Fool’s Gold.

He said during an interview with the Larry King Now series: ‘I’ve got a role coming up in the middle of September. I’ve lost about 15 pounds, I’ve gotta lose about 15 more. I should not look healthy by the time I’m doing this.’
McConaughey is currently starring in Magic Mike, in cinemas now, alongside Channing Tatum. The Dallas Buyer’s Club is due for release next year.
