Definitely not what you want to happen when you’re out shopping… Police in Delaware arrested a man for allegedly throwing his semen on a female customer.
Frank J. Short Jr., was arrested in connection with the incident at the Walmart store this week.
According to the police report, while in a shopping aisle, Short passed the 20 year old victim, saying “excuse me” then suddenly she felt something wet on her bum and thigh.
The woman initially thought that that Short had spit on her but when she looked down she spotted a “glob” of semen on her.
The 22 year old man then allegedly kept following the woman until she made her way to the Employees Only area where two workers came to her aid. The cops where then called to the store.
The suspect was charged with a number of offenses including: offensive touching with bodily fluid, harrassment and lewdness.
Short told the police that he had accidentally threw mucus onto the woman after sneezing into his hands but changed his answer to spit when further pressed. He said at the time he felt that the woman “hot” and even pretended to “slap her ass.”
The investigators stated that preliminary testing of the substance was “indicative of semen.”

Short was taken to Wilmington jail, but was later released on bail.
