Take 15 bakers, a London train station and a significant birthday and what do you get? Delicious cakey goodness that’s what!
To celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Heathrow Express airport train, baking company Miss Cakehead and Eat your Heart Out decided to construct a whopping 13 foot long cake replica of the much loved mode of transport.
The train took the bakers over 30 hours to put together and install in London’s Paddington Station. Commuters were invited to sample the delicious cake before it was removed last Monday.

With all the beady eyed pigeons in the station ogling this giant cake this could’ve been a cake-tastrophe but thankfully they were all kept away!
