A lucky scratch card lover has won an incredible €35,000 on the hit RTÉ game show Winning Streak just weeks after his mom took home a fortune.
Stephen Victory from County Roscommon netted the windfall in RTÉ’s Dublin studios on Saturday only three weeks after his mum Marie won €32,900.
According to The Irish Sun, Stephen said: “I’m a fan of the show and play most weeks but my mother plays it religiously, she’s a big fan and was delighted to be on.

“She did well, she won €32,900 and then I was selected to go on but I don’t think the show’s producers had made the connection until I said it to them.
“They told us it had never happened before so that was nice. I won €35,200 and was very happy with that.
“It’s definitely one of the more profitable weekends I can remember.”
However, Stephen revealed that he is not the last of his family members to appear on the show.
He laughed: “I’ve a sister so she must be next up! It could run in the family.”
We’re sure the aptly named Victory family will be ahving a very merry Christmas this year!
