If any of you Love/Hate fans out there have some extra money lying around, there’s some good news for you this week as the stunning penthouse used by John Boy in the hit TV drama has gone up for sale.
Not only that, but the entire block of apartments is part and parcel of the deal, and you can nab the whole lot for a cool €3.5 million (roughly about €250,000 per apartment *sigh*).
The famous penthouse, which spans 3,423 square foot, is located at The Granary in Drumcondra, Dublin 9 between Richmond Road and Distillery Road and has been put on the market by receiver Declan Taite of Duff & Phelps.
As a bonus, the apartments also overlook Croke Park, so it’s really a win-win situation!
