We’ve all been there – at the brunt end of a bad customer service phone call.

Just short of tearing out your hair, or committing murder, we think this man deserves a medal for lasting a full eight minutes on the phone call of hell.

Looking to disconnect from his internet provider, Ryan Block rang Comcast to cancel his subscription – much to the annoyance of his customer service representative.

Ryan later explains to the operator he doesn’t have to disclose the reasons he is looking to switch providers, but the Comcast representative isn’t impressed.

The tech journalist got so exasperated, he even asked whether the call was being recorded as part of a prank.

This is unbelievable and incredibly irritating all in one soundbite.
