Leaving Cert Subjects That Would’ve Been More Useful

Ciara Knight

The Leaving Cert was tough.

Some of the subjects didn’t really relate to life after school, which made them pointless. I haven’t needed Pythagoras’s theorem since I left school, apart from that time I was held at ransom until I could correctly solve the value of ‘x’, but that was just the once.

Here are some more beneficial Leaving Cert subjects that would’ve better served us in preparation for adult life.
