KFC in Cardiff has suspended a staff employee after a post on Facebook claimed that a customer’s order had been mixed with pubic hair.
A message posted on the Spotted Cardiff Facebook page alleged that a member of staff at the fast food chain had placed the hair on the food as revenge for the customer’s rudeness.

According to KFC, the worker admitted to posting the status.
“We do not believe the food was contaminated in any way” a KFC spokesman told Wales Online.
“We have the highest standards of food hygiene and do not tolerate even the suggestion of this kind of behaviour, and therefore the employee was suspended as soon as the matter came to our attention”.
The spokesman added; “We have spoken to the employee who has confirmed that the post is untrue and that it was a spur of the moment social media prank after the altercation at the drive-thru
“All other members of staff working have also confirmed this”.
