The office is a complex environment and we mightn’t necessarily get along with the people on either side of us.
Sometimes you just need to take a deep breath and move on… but it doesn’t look like this employee, named David, can quite do that.
In fact, HR had to issue a formal complaint to David and list the downright bizarre issues his employee Simon had with him.
This is a letter dated October, so if anyone knows David or Simon, please let us know how the situation ended.
