Meet Sneezy, a rather cute grey squirrel who loves kitting himself out with very cute headgear.
This famous squirrel lives on the campus of Penn State and to date he has a Facebook fan following of over 13,000. Mary Krupa is responsible for his wonderful attire and she’s certainly creative with her choice of hats!
“I was born several years ago in a cozy nest at the top of a stately elm tree, along with several siblings” reads Sneezy’s description on Facebook.
“When I left the nest, I discovered that I lived in a squirrel’s paradise. There are big grassy fields to scamper in, trees full of delicious nuts, and lots of wonderful people that just love to share their food with me. This year, I met a special person who brings me tasty food almost every day.
“She proposed a business deal: I’d wear tiny hats and allow myself to be petted, and she’d pay me in nuts. I just love nuts, and because I am a friendly squirrel, I agreed. People sure do look surprised when they see me in a hat, but it usually makes them very happy! And I love making people happy, so I created this page to share my squirrely wonderfulness with the world.”
