Vulture.com reports that Mitchell Kriegman, the man who created Clarissa, is in the middle of writing an epic where-is-she-now style book about Clarissa Darling.
But wait, it gets better. The title of the book is Things I Can’t Explain and it’s set to follow a now-23-year-old Clarissa as she gets to grip with life as an adult.

We all longed to have a boy best friend like Sam
According to various sources online, the novel will follow Clarissa as she tries to carve out a career as a journalist in the big city and tries to cope with all the obstacles associated with becoming an adult. We’ll be with her as she finds a job, gets her own apartment, tries to deal with her parents and, of course, comes to terms with her feelings for a hot guy who has a girlfriend.
