It pays to be organised. Literally.
A new study by Skyscanner.ie has found that Irish people should be booking flights at least seven weeks in advance of travel to bag the cheapest trips to popular cities like Paris, New York and Barcelona.
That means that if you’re planning a getaway for St. Patrick’s Day, this is the week to book those flights.
Skyscanner also found that November is the cheapest month to travel from Ireland, with savings of up to 14 per cent to be made against average price flights.
On the other end of the scale, July is by far the most expensive month to travel in.
