Exercise – believe it or not a little bit of activity or exercise is perfect to prevent sickness.

Physical activities are an important part of an action plan to stay healthy and prevent illness. Regular exercise allows you to improve your overall fitness, which actually boost the immune system, and all of which can be performed from the comfort of your own home.
It has been proven that regular exercise has the ability to jump-start the immune system, which in turn helps reduce the risk of you catching a cold or infection.
If you’re feeling slightly under the weather and think that you might have a cold creeping in, try some light exercise. It is safe to exercise with a cold as long as you listen to your body.

Light exercise can be anything from simple stretches, small weights, Yoga or just a walk and getting some fresh air.
It is important that if you’re beginning to feel unwell that your heart rate stays just under 100.
