The show is over and the winner has been revealed but one former campmate is still talking about I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.
In fact, it’s not so much talking about life in the jungle as suggesting that television bosses made it look like he wasn’t in the show at all.
Brian Conley, who was made to leave the jungle by producers after it emerged that he wasn’t taking his anti-depressants, has accused the programme of taking him out of the wrap-up show which highlights different moments from the series.
Brian had to leave the show early due to medical reasons.
According to the Daily Mail the comedian, who is conveniently due to take to the stage this weekend in a pantomime in Birmingham, said it looked like he was never there.
“You wouldn’t have known I had been in the jungle if you’d watched the last show. They just didn’t mention me,” he explained.
Although he was also quick to add that he didn’t have any bad feelings: “I’m not bitter, though. It was the greatest experience of my life and I had the best time ever.”
Helen didn’t do so well in the trials which meant the camp went hungry.
Brian also spoke about the more difficult times in the jungle including the hunger brought about by Helen Flanagan’s numerous trial failures.
“Because of Helen refusing to do trials, we had an unprecedented two meals in ten days… It was a challenge.”
Well at least he’s out now, can eat as much as he likes and has his pantomime role to keep him busy!
