“Beef short ribs slow cooked in processed pear and kiwi , sesame oil, olive oil, pepper, liquid aminos (i used this instead of soy sauce) till they “fall of the bone”. Radish, carrots, shitake mushrooms, sesame seeds and leeks were added” she writes.
