Today we’re featuring this amazing lemon pepper pan-seared salmon and a side of broccoli/carrot slaw with side of spinach and mixed greens salad topped with oranges, strawberries, almonds, cranberries dressed in a little olive oil mixed with orange juice.
“I had a similiar salad to this a couple times at a cafe during break and all it’s missing is goat cheese!” says Nancy.
