Politicians need to keep a close eye on their social media accounts to ensure their reputation is maintained at all times, but there is the odd slip up here and there.
One such boo-boo occurred on the account of Sinn Féin councillor Noeleen Reilly whose Twitter account was hacked by a group of young lads who left a rather controversial tweet before apologising in the form of a stunning selfie.
Reilly herself tweeted afterwards:
This is Noeleen the real one, Me thinks those young lads are in bad need of a date. Very excitable. 😉
