DoneDeal’s charity donations have reached their one million euro milestone.
Over 30 charities across Ireland have now received donations from the company, with the funds going towards vital maintenance and upkeep of the chosen charities.
Speaking about the news Donna Spellacy, Community Manager at DoneDeal, said: “We are so proud of our Charity Month initiative and to reach this incredible €1 million milestone!
“To get to €1 million in donations means so much to us here, and it has been amazing to see this project go from strength to strength each year.”

John Warbuton, CEO of DoneDeal, added: “Since our charity programme was founded in 2005, giving back to local communities has always been a major priority for DoneDeal.
“It is important to us that what we are doing involves all of us – every staff member gets a chance to choose their charity.
“We’ve donated money to some of the best known charities in Ireland such as the ISPCC, Simon Community, Make-A-Wish Ireland, and St Vincent De Paul.
“We’ve also donated to smaller charities such as Irish Therapy Dogs, Blood Bike East and the Wexford Arts Centre.”
