Cher Lloyd Goes Down a Storm in US

The young pop star has finished a week that began with a bottle of urine being thrown at her with success as her single does extremely well in the US.

Cher Lloyd seems to winning more than a few fans across the Atlantic in America.

The former X Factor contestant has reportedly sold over a million copies of her debut single ‘Want U Back.’

Cher Lloyd and her former X Factor mentor and fellow singer Cheryl Cole.

She was quick to thank her fans for their support saying: ‘It’s so amazing Want U Back has sold one million copies in America. My Brats rock, thank you!’

Following in the footsteps of Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj, Cher has nicknamed her fanbase who helped to get her single into the US iTunes Top 10 last month, where it has been ever since.

This news will certainly act as a silver lining to the unfortunate incident that befell the 19 year old at the V Festival at the weekend.
