Lorde has taken the music industry by storm, having particular success with track, ‘Royals’. At only 17, the New Zealander has achieved more in a few shorts months than many artists that have been in the game since her birth… (1996).
This parody by LA-based comedian, Molly Dworsky, going by the stage name, ‘Borde’, (we see what she did there), gives a very truthful representation of what adult life is like in this next video.
With witty, (and bitter) references to the teenagers phenomenal success and paying particular attention to the fact that we “use to be royals”, (well, as close to it as we could get), this is one song that we can relate to.
Thankfully the comedian has provided the lyrics for all of us bitter folk in the 25+ age bracket to sing along to.
