Bestselling Author Tom Clancy Dies Aged 66

Critically acclaimed author Tom Clancy has passed away, aged 66.

The author’s death was confirmed by the author’s publisher.

It’s reported that he died in hospital in Baltimore.

Clancy was best known for writing outstanding novels like The Hunt for Red October and Patriot Games, both were turned into movies.

In the 90s, Clancy co-founded the video game developer company Red Storm Entertainment and had his name on several of their most successful games, most notably Splinter Cell.
