It’s been on our television screens since 2007 and, let’s be fair, we’ve probably learned more things about science from the Big Bang Theory than we did in our entire time in school. Here are eleven things we learned from this great show.
1. You can still hang out with nerds if you are a normal person.
You may not understand a lot of what they are saying but trust us, it will be fine.
2. There’s always one member of the group that you have to put up with!
Oh, we all know that one particular person, don’t we?
3. Going out with hot, stupid guys is just not worth it sometimes…
You may think we’re crazy but after a while you may realise you have nothing to talk about… after you stop looking at their lovely torsos.
4. A song about a Soft Kitty will always make you feel better.
Always and without question.
5. You can NEVER have enough wine.
Well, you can but you should never cut yourself off.
6. Not everyone knows how the Universe works.
There are some smart cookies but not even the smartest can figure out absolutely everything.
7. There are certain hot drinks to help out on certain occasions.
There is a system and depending on the event, there are certain hot drinks for that occasion.
8. Signed Spock items are the best presents.
Because, of course.
9. Sheldon has a spot. Don’t sit in it.
You’re in his spot.
10. Unrequited love is a killer.
And yet, we still put ourselves through all of that.
11. There is such a thing as too much internet. Believe us.
We never thought it possible, but it’s true.
