From marshmallow garlands to fudge windowsills, this cake hotel sounds like it’s right up our street!

The hotel, which has been created inside another hotel in London’s Soho, is due to open to visitors for one night only.

Guests will be able to feast on lots of tasty treats including vanilla sponge cushions, edible books and meringue rugs.

The hotel, which was created to promote a new line of Tate and Lyle Sugar products, also includes a number of themed rooms.

A spokesperson for the company told reporters: “We hope that through the cake hotel we can showcase the versatility of golden and brown cane sugars and inspire people to get creative in the kitchen.”

Now all we need is 600 kilos of sugar and 2,000 hours to bake our very own cake hotel… well either that or a flight to London!
