A Twitter account dedicated to poet Sylvia Plath has unfortunately been upsetting some Twitter users in an unusual twist.
The account is dedicated to putting up some of Plath’s most famous quotes, but a tweet that was sent out today caused a lot of worry among Twitter users, who haven’t realised that Plath has already died.
The concern they show for the poet is heart-breaking, but considering the famous poet died in 1963 it is a bit odd.
What horrifies me most is the idea of being useless: well-educated, brilliantly promising, and fading out into an indifferent middle age.
