Sofia Vergara is number one on the list of Forbes highest-paid TV actresses for the third year running.
The actress earned $37 million over the past year: Sofia is paid $325,000 for every episode of Modern Family and the actress has deals with a number of companies including Diet Pepsi, CoverGirl, At&T, Head & Shoulders and a medication named Synthroid.
After Sofia, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay came second, after earning $13 million. Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting was third on the list with $11 million for her role on The Big Bang Theory.
Julianne Margulies, known for her roles in E.R and The Good Wife, was next with $10 million. Greys Anatomy actress Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) tied with Julianne Margulies and Alyson Hannigan for the fourth spot, also with $10 million in earnings.
How I Met Your Mother stars Cobie Smulders followed with $9.5 million. Amy Poehler earned $7 million and came in at number six, thanks to Parks And Recreation.
Mindy Kaling, of The Mindy Project, came in next at number seven with $6.5 million.
Scandal’s Kerry Washington, Zooey Deschanel with her role as Jess New Girl and Courteney Cox of Cougar Town all earned $6 million each.
Rounding off the list was Homeland’s Claire Danes, with $5 million, and Girls creator Lena Dunham scored tenth place, after earning $3.5 million this year.
