Wexford lad, Ben Murphy, loves the GAA but the same cannot be said for Referees, and so he decided to put pen the paper and write a song about his feelings.
Murphy, famed for his 17 Red Cards (we’re sure they weren’t all his wrong doing) gives a passionate the performance in this video.
At times the referee has been a controversial figure in GAA games and this is one song all fans will relate to.
The single can be downloaded from iTunes here and Google Play here and all proceeds go to RAG (Raising and Giving Ireland) a student organisation that helps fund social projects run by students near third level campuses.
