The World Cup has dominated Summer 2014 to date, but while the Cup goes on we’re turning our attention to the glass!

Coney Collins
- Centra Ice Cubes Bag- 5 cubes
- Centra Lemon – 1 slice
- Centra Raspberry Punnet 125g – 1
- Centra Strawberry Punnet – 1
- Ginger Ale – 10 millilitre
- Lemon Juice – 20 millilitre
- Zaconey – 50 millilitre
A tall glass is perfect for this one!
Crush 2 strawberries and 4 raspberries in the glass until it is in a paste.
Add in the Zaconey and lemon juice. Fill the rest of the glass with ice and top it off with the ginger ale and stir well.
Garnish with a lemon slice and remaining berries.
It’s the perfect summertime treat, and though it’s quite simple to make, it looks so impressive that your pals will think of you as the ultimate domestic goddess. Wins all round!
