Elizabeth Luebke was found by a passerby on Sunday after apparently freezing to death in Wisconsin.
The 21-year-old had been attending a party nearby. It was a freezing night with temperatures of -6 degrees.
According to a fellow party-goer, Elizabeth had arrived at the party after a concert and was drunk.
“When she got here, she was really, really drunk and she got mad at her other friend and she stormed out,” a friend told Fox 6.
“She’s a really sweet person. I hung out with her at another show when I went to Oshkosh. She’s a really nice person — a really sweet person. It’s really sad. She’s only 21. Such a young age,” the man said.
Camera footage from a nearby business center shows Elizabthe walking home in shorts, fishnet stockings, and a tank top. Outside a house, she collapsed and eventually stopped moving.
Reports say the girls body was “mostly frozen” when she was discovered.
Previous police reports indicate that Elizabeth had a history of binge drinking.
Her mother told authorities that her daughter had a history of binge-drinking and was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning in October after she was found passed out at a bar.
