Penneys is where we go when we’re looking for a new outfit. It’s also where we go when we want something to cheer us up or are meeting friends. In other words, we’re in it pretty much every other day. But have you ever noticed that there are some things that you always see in the best store in the world? We have!
1. Clothes, clothes and more clothes
Jumpers, onesies, reversible coats, a bag that’s also an umbrella… it’s the one stop shop for all your needs. (They don’t actually do the umbrella bag but that would also be amazing.)
2. Manic sales assistants
As a result of the above.
3. Queues
We can’t blame our fellow shoppers but sometimes we wish we could just skip to the front.
4. Tonnes of Penneys bags
You know the ones we’re talking about. The giant brown ones that indicate a successful day of shopping.
5. The most determined customers in the world
They know what they want and they know they want it now.
6. Lots of ‘€4’ signs
We can never get around them all.
7. The group
The only thing more dangerous than going into Penneys by oneself is going in with friends that tell you that you do need that third pair of shoes and another coat to add to your collection.
8. All the colours of the rainbow
“This is my favourite top… wonder if they have it in different colours? They do! I’ll take one of each.”
9. Temptation
You can’t escape it. You can succumb to it though.
