There’s nothing worse than cooking up a delicious meal and then having a mountain of dishes, pots and pans to clean up afterwards.

Behold, the one-pot dishes – recipes and meals that can be cooking away without the need to keep a constant eye on them and worrying about the flavour (plus you’ll have minimal plates and pots to clear).
