The New Year brings a lot of things – celebrations, jubilations and of course the old favourite resolutions.

But you may have noticed that you end up saying the same things every year…

1. I’ll join a gym

Just after you make that time machine that will allow you to fit everything else in as well.

2. I’m going to be more organised

You’ve even organised a time to sit down and plan your organisation.

3. Eating healthily is at the top of my list

Shopping list: fruit, vegetables, Oats & More, chicken and chocolate (a treat every once in a while is fine).

4. I’m going to do what I didn’t do last year

Aah, the rolling resolution, we know it all too well!

5. No more stressing out

Any excuse for a weekly bath.

6. I’m going to make more of an effort with friends and family

It’s just so difficult to organise a time that suits everyone but it will happen even if I have to drag them all myself.

7. I want to learn/do something new

Of course you do.

8. No more spending

After the sales.

9. It’s time for a clean-out

It is but you never know when THAT might come in handy.

10. I want to go travelling

Often followed by: “maybe I’ll just leave it until next year.”
