VIDEO: How Not To Use a Treadmill In An Irish Gym

Or in fact in any gym anywhere...

Rebecca McKnight

The key to exercising at the gym is pushing yourself all the while knowing your limits.

For example we know to stay away from the 20 kilogram weights and not to exceed 15 kilometres per hour on the treadmill (because we like to use our arms and don’t like the idea of falling in a heap on the floor).

Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the guy in this video. And no we’re not talking about the guy standing in front of the camera. It’s the one in the background dressed all in black.

He appears to be having some trouble keeping up with the speed and incline that he has set the treadmill at. While we’ve been there ourselves, we have to say it is kind of funny.

We’d like to thank Charlie Campbell and our brothers at JOE.ie for sharing this lesson in how not to use a treadmill with us.
