The Bio Balance Centre, Ireland’s first dedicated centre to treat depression and anxiety through nutrient therapy, will host an education evening on Tuesday, 2nd April at 7.30pm in the Davenport Hotel, Dublin. The event is free of charge with donations being collected on the evening for the Walk in My Shoes campaign.
The event aims to educate those touched by depression on the benefits of nutrient therapy as well as those in the medical profession looking for information on this particular treatment.
The key-note speaker on the evening is mental health expert, and founder of the Bio Balance Centre, Dr. Edmond O’Flaherty who has over 25 years experience in the medical field. Dr. O’Flaherty will speak on the science behind nutrient therapy and how it helps the body fight depression using natural biological resources.
Tracy Quinn, who suffered from depression for over 10 years, will address the event to share her story. It was when Tracy began using nutrient therapy, initially in conjunction with her conventional medicine, that she saw signs of recovery. Tracy is now leading a life free from depression and credits nutrient therapy for this.
The third speaker on the evening is nutritionist Olive Curran who will outline the benefits that different nutrients, vitamins and minerals, particularly Omega 3 fish oils, bring to the body. Guests will have the opportunity to put questions to the panel on the evening.
