If you’re swearing off partying this January and on a health kick, it doesn’t mean your taste buds have to suffer. That’s true of food, and of your drink choices too. So instead of pining for a weekend cocktail, why not try out one of our great Mocktail suggestions – we’ll bring you a new one every week in January!

Ingredients:
• 25ml PomeGreat 100% Juice
• 25ml Grapefruit juice (pink if possible, but white will suffice)
• 25ml Lime Juice
• 12.5ml Honey
• Small bunch of mint sprigs
• Crushed Ice
Equipment:
• Short rocks glass / whiskey tumbler
• Bar spoon / tea spoon
• Cocktail shaker
• Cocktail strainer / sieve

Method:
1. Add 2 – 3 mint sprigs worth of mint leaves to rocks glass
2. Add Honey to rocks glass and bruise / mix gently with bar spoon or back of tea spoon
3. Add PomeGreat, Grapefruit and Lime juice to cocktail shaker
4. Fill shaker halfway with ice and shake vigorously
5. Fill rocks glass halfway with crushed ice
6. Strain cocktail shaker contents over ice
7. Mix together the ice, shaker contents, mint and honey using a bar spoon
8. Top up rocks glass with crushed ice
9. Add small mint sprig as garnish
