The biggest reason you’ve given up your healthy eating regime? Apparently it’s because you’ve had a bad day… which is a completely legit reason to treat yourself to chocolate with your tea in our eyes.
A survey has revealed that 41 per cent of women admit to a bad day being the reason to falling off the health wagon.
It also shows that a massive 84 per cent of women give up on diets sooner than they intended.
The survey, carried out by British Lion Eggs, revealed that other common excuses are “life is too short” (yup, we’ve been there) and “It’s my birthday” (also one we’ve taken advantage of).
