Step away from self-diagnosis on Google and take a look at your nails if you want to predict your health.
According to one practice, Ayurvedic medicine from India, one way we can predict what’s going on in our bodies is by paying close attention to our fingernails.

So how could your fingers nail your health diagnosis?
If you notice your nails seem pale, or are paler than usual, you could be battling with anaemia and need to up your iron intake.
Spot a bluish tinge on your nailbed?
It could be the early signs of poor oxygen absorption into your bloodstream, or even a heart condition. Yellow hues are more likely linked to poor liver function or liver toxins (just make sure it’s not the results of red varnish left on too long…)
It’s not all down to looks either – feeling across your nailshape could spot absorption issues.
Notice some vertical ridges in your nails?
There’s a strong chance the nutrients from your food aren’t making their way through your bloodstream, as well as a possible build-up of toxins.
While we don’t want to start scaring anybody, each finger can also indicate a different area of the body – so you can pinpoint those telltale signs.
While it’s not necessarily the most scientific of diagnoses, it’s a lot better than scaring yourself on Google.
As always, if you have any concerns for your health, use those fingers to pick up the phone and make an appointment with your doctor.
