Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

4/5 medium-sized strawberries

1 orange 

1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1 banana

2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

5. Feeling Fresh…. Fabulous Hair Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 avocado

1/2 banana

2 tbsp yoghurt

This is a recipe with a difference, it’s a hair mask. You can drink it if you like, although there won’t be much there, but this combination of ingredients is perfect if you’re looking to make your locks luscious.

Blend the ingredients well. Apply to damp hair, leave it for 15-20 minutes and rinse. According to naturallycurly.com, avocado has nourishing oils and both them and bananas contain enzymes and acids beneficial for your hair and scalp. You can also try mango instead of the banana…
