PILOXING® was founded in L.A. in California and is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen whose mission is to empower women through fitness.
2. What are the benefits of it?
It delivers great benefits most notably increased flexibility as well as improved Cardiovascular health, strength, leaner silhouette, stress relief and so much more.
3. What level of fitness do you need to have for it?
It is suitable for all levels. It’s a great place for people to begin their fitness journey as well as a place for people who enjoy a good workout to sweat loads, torch calories and walk out feeling amazing.
