The sunny South East is set to become a little brighter this April (9th – 12th) with the West Waterford Festival of Food taking place in the coastal town of Dungarvan.

Focusing on the rich family tradition of food in Ireland, the theme of this year’s West Waterford Festival of Food is ‘Generations of Irish Food.’ The festival will shine a spotlight on some of our home grown heroes and the generations of families who continue to produce, cook, sell and run some of Ireland’s greatest and best-loved restaurants and food businesses.
As well as enjoying an overnight stay in Lawlor’s Hotel in Dungarvan on Saturday 11th, the lucky winner will also receive two tickets worth €100 to the ‘From Persia With Love’ pop-up event at the festival hosted by leading Waterford chef, Eunice Power.
