American Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions
- Winners must be over 18 years of age.
- Tickets and hotel are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Travel must be completed by 29SEP2015. Some blackout dates apply and no extensions will be made.
- Booking must be made by 31 May. Hotel stay is on room only basis.
- Travel insurance is not included.
- Any extra nights stay/upgrades or additions must be paid by the prize winner.
- The validity of the tickets cannot be extended and changes are not permitted once tickets are issued.
- Tickets are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash value and cannot be auctioned.
- Both passengers must travel together on the same flights.
- Frequent Flyer miles do not apply to this transportation.
- These tickets are not valid on codeshare flights.
- The winner is responsible for being in possession of a valid passport and visa where necessary.
- The winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and surcharges.
- American Holidays holds the right to the prize.
