The size of Cadbury’s Roses this year will make you irrationally angry

Megan Roantree

This is an outrage.

Earlier this week, Toblerone announced that they were changing the shape of their traditional triangle treats to have bigger spaces in the middle, which obviously caused a huge upset.

So it’s clear to see that chocolate lovers do not like change.

Roses have gone through plenty of changes over the years and not for the better.

From the box itself getting smaller and smaller to the cancellation of some of our favourite sweets in the collection, such as Praline Moment and Orange Crisp.

This year they also got rid of their classic twisty wrapper and replaced them with a sealed foil.

But nothing annoys up more than downsizing the treats themselves.

And while we’re all aware that downsizing over time happens, and there’s not much we can do about it, this massive change happened over just one year.

God knows what size it will be next year.
