Giz.
It’s the weekend which means one of two things – you’re either super hungover and absolutely starving, or slightly hungover and absolutely starving.
Whatever your situation today, chances are there’s going to be food of some sort involved.
And what better food to add to your stomach this afternoon than a stunning bowl of cheesy pesto pasta?
It’s got everything you could possible want from a pasta dish: pesto, cheese, a bit of spring onion if that’s your thing.
Divine.

The dish only takes approximately 10 or so minutes to whip too so you’ll have loads of time left to sit around or watch some Netflix or go for a run or whatever it is you’re planning on doing today.
To make a pot that serves two people, you’ll need:
- 170g tagliatelle/spaghetti/whatever your fav kind of pasta is
- 5 spring onions
- 5 tablespoons of pesto (or more, add as much as you like, girl)
- 5 tablespoons of creme fraiche
- Handful of pine nuts
- A load of mozzarella

First, bring the pasta to the boil in your pot. This should only take a couple of minutes.
Then, chop up your spring onion very finely and throw it in there along with your pesto and cream fraiche.
Stir your mix all together, throw on a load of mozzarella and some pine nuts and you’re good to go.
Can’t go wrong, like.
