Our comedic crush Jimmy Kimmel never fails to make us chuckle.
With the announcement of the new iPhone 6s, less than a year after the release of the iPhone 6, Kimmel has commented, “We’re now programmed to feel like if we don’t get the new one we’re missing out on something.”
As an epic social experiment, Kimmel sent a reporter to the streets of Hollywood Boulevard, offering people a trial of “The New Device”.
The unsuspecting public however failed to realize the the device was actually the original generation iPhone, first released in 2007.
While the original iPhone has a 3.5 inch screen, the iPhone 6s is larger at 4.7 inch screen and the 6s Plus is even bigger with a 5.5 inch screen.
Another woman described the phone as “nice and light. Small. Fits in the palm of my hand, quite nifty, I like it.”
“Apple you’ve done it again!” exclaims one happy tester.
