You’re a long time dead… unless you’re Kathy Beale.
In the latest trailer to tease her impending comeback, Kathy reveals her plans to return to Albert Square ten years after faking her own death.
The massive twist in Kathy’s fate was revealed in February, when she briefly re-appeared in the show’s 30th anniversary week.
The move stunned viewers, who believed she had died off-screen in 2006.
Now viewers will see Kathy, played by Gillian Taylforth, return to Albert Square next Friday in a move that’s bound to stir up some trouble.

Speaking on her return to the soap, Gillian said:
“I can’t wait to get into The Vic and the café.”
Executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins recently shared his decision to bring back the iconic character, telling Digital Spy:
“When I came back, Alex [Lamb, story producer], Sharon [Batten, series producer] and myself always said we wanted Kathy back but we kept saying we would only do it if we had a credible story to bring her back.”
We can’t wait for the sparks to fly.
