We have seen a teaser, a trailer and an amazing poster but last night the new Godzilla trailer sent the Internet into an absolute frenzy with our first real glimpse of the monster.
The remake (re-imagining, re-boot, whatever the hell it is, who cares? It looks amazing) stars the brilliant Bryan Cranston, Juliette Binoche, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Sally Hawkins and Elizabeth Olsen.
Director Gareth Edwards, he of Monsters fame, is reworking the old story of a giant radioactive monster who sets about destroying the world. Do we really care about the plot though? We do. Yes, we do. Don’t we? No. It looks amazing.
The film will get a release here in July but we’re not sure we can wait that long, we are really, REALLY excited about this one.
