Say it’s not so!

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt’s upcoming fourth season will reportedly be its last.

The series, which starred The Office’s Ellie Kemper, Jane Krakowski, Carole Kane and Tituss Burgess, originally debuted in 2015.

It followed the life of a naive woman who was freed after spending 15 years in a doomsday cult – and how she adjusts to her new life after moving not New York.

According to Deadlinethe series will end its run on Netflix with the fourth season, which is split into two parts.

While the first half of the season will land on Netflix on May 30, the rest is expected to arrive later this year.

It’s not all bad news, however.

The publication notes that Kimmy may live on, with talks of a doing a movie to officially wrap up the series.

It comes as Kemper revealed where she hoped Kimmy would end up when the series did wrap.

She told E! News

“That’s a tough one…When we stop visiting Kimmy, I would want to see her with a lot of friends and doing stuff that makes her happy because she deserves that after having such a tumultuous time.

“Whether that does include a significant other or not is up to her, I think, because ending up with the love of her life does not necessarily have to be the happy ending, but I think it would be nice if she could find somebody to share…”
